Overview

The RC4 Grille adds a dual-layer design to Royalty Core’s custom grille lineup. An underlay sits behind the outer mesh in its own finish, adding depth and a finished look when viewed from any angle. Built to order in the USA, every RC4 is confirmed for fitment to your selected truck before production begins.

Build your RC4 with:

Frame Color: outer frame finish
Mesh Color: mesh insert color
Mesh Size: pattern scale selection
Stud Color: accent stud finish
Underlay Color: the backing layer visible through the mesh
Camera Mount: select the camera mount option for your build

Your selected Year, Make, and Model is submitted with your order so Royalty Core can confirm fitment before production begins. Contact us for current production and shipping lead times.

Shipping & Lead Time

Royalty Core grilles are built to order at our Eugene, Oregon facility. Typical production lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Production lead time and carrier transit time are separate — the 4–6 week estimate does not include carrier transit after the order leaves our facility.

Shipping: Free — included on all standard domestic grille orders
Carrier: Primarily UPS
Continental US carrier transit: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
Tracking provided as soon as your order ships
All shipments carefully packaged and insured

Note: Custom colors, specialty finish options, or unusual vehicle applications may extend production beyond the standard 4–6 week estimate. Contact Royalty Core before ordering if your project has a hard deadline.
